The interactions of the four drugs with M3R as determined using the injection amount-dependent method. The chromatograms of atropine (a1), pirenzepine (b1), darifenacin (c1), and solifenacin (d1) were obtained using the M3R column, and the ligand concentration decreased from top to bottom. Based on the curve of k′nb/(1 + k′) and k′Vm, we obtained the regression curves of atropine (a2), pirenzepine (b2), darifenacin (c2), and solifenacin (d2). Here, a3, b3, c3, and d3 are the structural formulas of atropine, pirenzepine, darifenacin, and solifenacin, respectively
