Temperature stability curve of recombinant β-FFase. Enzyme solution containing 0.1% BSA was incubated at different temperature (4, 30, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60 or 65°C) for 15 min, cooled to 0°C, and then, residual activities were measured. Residual activities indicated closed squares.
